Rose Crosby products are made to order and therefore non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective. Orders can however be cancelled within 24 hours from purchase.

The total amount due is specific to your order and at the discretion of the customs agent. Therefore, we are unable to charge this at the time of purchase.
