Orders

Cancellations and Returns

Due to all products being made upon request, orders are not eligible for return. Rose Crosby does however offer a 24 hour cancellation policy, whereupon patrons can opt to decline to proceed with an order for any reason.  

Products produced from natural materials (i.e. marble, travertine, etc.) have unique variations, colours, grains and pitting. Please note that no two products will look exactly the same and we are unable to accept returns that are requested for this specific reason.
