Cancellations and Returns

Due to all products being made upon request, orders are not eligible for return. Rose Crosby does however offer a 24 hour cancellation policy, whereupon patrons can opt to decline to proceed with an order for any reason.  

Products produced from natural materials (i.e. marble, travertine, etc.) have unique variations, colours, grains and pitting. Please note that no two products will look exactly the same and we are unable to accept returns that are requested for this specific reason. 

Bespoke Requests

The made to order nature of our selection enables us to facilitate bespoke requests on nearly all products. If interested in proceeding with an order, please email us at orders@rosecrosby.com or fill out this form.

Rose Crosby places utmost importance on patron privacy and therefore all information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share any private information.
