Rose Crosby works within our network of preferred shipping partners to arrange delivery of your goods. This enables us to provide you with the most favourable rates and delivery times possible.
Cost of delivery is calculated via two methods:
Calculated at checkout: We offer flat rate shipping for all decor items, which is determined according to order value and destination. For much of our furniture selection, cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and is determined by volumetric weight, origin of shipment and final destination.
Custom proforma quotes: Custom orders or orders with specific logistical requirements will have custom delivery quotes that will be sent proforma to the buyer.

Types of shipping:
Rose Crosby offers two methods of shipping for all furniture orders:
Standard: Standard shipping will take the goods from the location of the manufacturer to outside the front door of your delivery destination. The shipment will remain unpacked and will require personal installation.
White Glove: White glove shipping facilitates a team to retrieve, unpack and install any items that have been ordered. We recommend this method of shipping for any items that are an exceeding amount of weight, size or fragility.
Customer’s Own Delivery: Should you choose to manage shipment and delivery through your own carrier, Rose Crosby must be notified with specific details. Upon the pickup of goods from the manufacturer to the carrier, all responsibility and liability transfers to the customer. If there is any damage upon delivery, the customer must reach out with a claim directly to the carrier within 72 hours.
Taxes & Duties
International items may be subject to taxes and duties according to the delivery country’s customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of Rose Crosby. The total amount due is specific to your order and at the discretion of the customs agent. Therefore, we are unable to charge this at the time of purchase. If you require any further information regarding import fees for your specific delivery destination, please reach out to our team.
How To Track Your Order
An email with a tracking number will be send after your order has been processed and passed to our shipping partner. Please note the lead times of each product as that will dictate the timeframe of a shipment.
All made to order items have lead times listed within the technical specifications of the individual product pages. This duration is determined by the manufacturer and directly coincides with the delivery timeframe.
Rose Crosby ships to most countries internationally with a few exceptions due to restrictions outside our control. If you have questions regarding a particular destination, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Upon the delivery of goods, all items must be inspected thoroughly for damage. Any damage that has been incurred throughout the transportation process must be claimed and brought to the attention of Rose Crosby within 48 hours. Goods should remain in their original packaging throughout the claim period.
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal, Affirm, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Diners Club.
Cancellations & Returns
Custom / Made to Order
Goods that are custom or made to order are not eligible for return. However, these items may be cancelled within the first 24 hours from when the order was placed.
Furniture items are not eligible for return. A 24 hour grace period is allowed wherein any orders placed that have not been processed may be cancelled.
All payment methods, whether via credit card or third-party payment gateways such as PayPay, are completely secure.
Rose Crosby takes privacy very seriously and therefore all information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share any private information.
Creating An Account
Rose Crosby does not require you to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account provides you with the following benefits:
–Track and review all current and past orders
–Save all shipping and billing information for expedited shopping in the future
–Request a return or cancel your order directly from your account
To reset your password, please follow the prompts via the sign in page. Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to send old passwords via email.
