Yes, Rose Crosby takes privacy very seriously and therefore all information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share any private information.
To reset your password, please follow the prompts via the sign in page. Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to send old passwords via email.
Orders can be cancelled if it has not yet been processed and prepared for shipment. For any made to order or custom requests however, cancellations will be taken within 24 hours.
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, we ask that a new order is placed and we will refund the original order once it’s been received.
Rose Crosby does not require you to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account provides you with the following benefits:
-Track and review all current and past orders
-Save all shipping and billing information for expedited shopping in the future
-Request a return or cancel your order directly from your account
Rose Crosby ships to most countries internationally with a few exceptions due to restrictions outside our control. If you have questions regarding a particular place, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
After your order has been processed and passed to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Rose Crosby insures and requires signatures on all packages valued over $500. This is also applicable on international orders.
International items may be subject to taxes and duties according to the delivery country's customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of Rose Crosby. If you require any further information regarding import fees for your specific delivery location, please reach out to our team.
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if the goods are unused, unworn, and in saleable condition with all Rose Crosby packaging and their original tags still attached. Please note the following exceptions:
– Beauty items must remain unused and unopened.
– Custom and made to order pieces are non-returnable, but can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was placed.
– All furniture is non-returnable.
Orders that are eligible for returns are processed here. Please follow the link and prompts until confirmation has been received. A return shipping label will be generated for your convenience. Please note that the refund amount will be less return shipping costs.
You have up to 30 days to return an item. All returns that are received in the designated time frame in saleable, unworn condition, with the tags and packaging still intact will receive a full refund for the returned items.
