Your Delivery Options

Rose Crosby works within our network of preferred shipping partners to arrange delivery of your goods. This enables us to provide you with the most favourable rates and delivery times possible.

Cost of delivery:
Calculated via two methods:


Calculated at checkout: We offer flat rate shipping for all decor items, which is determined according to order value and destination. For much of our furniture selection, cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and is determined by volumetric weight, origin of shipment and final destination.


Pro forma quotes: Custom orders or orders with specific logistical requirements will have custom delivery quotes that will be sent pro forma to the buyer.

All decor items are shipped via flat rate shipping per item according to five international zones. Please find the cost per item per zone below:

Zone 1: $10 – USA (contiguous states only)
Zone 2: $20 – Canada, Mexico, Central America, Alaska, Hawaii, South America
Zone 3: $30 – Europe
Zone 4: $40 – Middle East, Africa, Asia
Zone 5: $50 – Far East, Oceania, Rest of World

Types of shipping:
Rose Crosby offers two methods of shipping for all furniture orders:

Standard: Standard shipping will take the goods from the location of the manufacturer to outside the front door of your delivery destination. The shipment will remain unpacked and will require personal installation. It is the buyer's responsibility to receive products and disclose any unusual delivery conditions prior to shipment.

White Glove: White glove shipping facilitates a team to retrieve, unpack and install any items that have been ordered. We recommend this method of shipping for any items that are an exceeding amount of weight, size or fragility.

Customer’s Own Delivery: Should you choose to manage shipment and delivery through your own carrier, Rose Crosby must be notified with specific details. Upon the pickup of goods from the manufacturer to the carrier, all responsibility and liability transfers to the customer. Any damages incurred in transit and subsequent claims will be the direct responsibility of the customer and is outside the control of Rose Crosby.

Customs & Duties

International items may be subject to customs and duties according to the delivery country’s customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of Rose Crosby. The total amount due is specific to your order and at the discretion of the customs agent. Therefore, we are unable to charge this at the time of purchase. If you require any further information regarding import fees for your specific delivery destination, please reach out to our team.

How To Track Your Order

An email with a tracking number will be sent after your order has been processed and passed to our shipping partner. Please note that the lead times (found in the specifications section of each product) will directly correlate to the time frame of the delivery of your shipment.

Lead Times

All made to order items have lead times listed within the specifications of individual product pages. This duration is determined by the manufacturer and directly coincides with the delivery time frame. Delivery typically occurs approximately one week after an order has been completed and shipped.

**Due to ongoing global supply chain shortages, in extenuating circumstances, there could potentially be delays with an order. This is unlikely and we regularly update our lead times to ensure accurate planning and logistics for our clients.

Shipping Restrictions

Rose Crosby ships to most countries internationally with a few exceptions due to restrictions outside our control. If you have questions regarding a particular destination, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged Goods

Upon the delivery of goods, all items must be inspected thoroughly for damage. Any damage incurred in the transportation process must be claimed and brought to the attention of Rose Crosby within 48 hours from the time the shipment has been delivered. If your item(s) have been damaged during the transportation process, please use the following protocol:

– Ensure that photo evidence is taken while the good(s) are still in the packaging or during the unpacking process. Our shipping partners require that all claim requests are accommodated by evidence. Imagery should include: the packaging, close ups of the damage itself, a full view of the item(s) showing the damage, and anything further that seems pertinent.

– Goods should remain in their original packaging throughout the claim period to ensure no further damage is incurred.

– Send all imagery and observations regarding the conditions of the exterior and interior packaging, as well as the condition of your good(s) in an email to Rose Crosby during the 48 hour time frame.

All information provided will be used to file a claim with our shipping partner.

Cancellations & Returns

Most products offered on Rose Crosby are made to order. As such, all items – whether furniture or decor – are not eligible for return. We do however have a 24 hour cancellation policy that can be utilised for any reason.

Please note that all handmade products or products made from natural materials (i.e. marble, travertine, etc.) have unique variations, colours/grains, and pitting. This means no two products will look exactly the same and may vary slightly from the product imagery on our website. We are unable to accept returns that are requested for this specific purpose.

It's imperative to Rose Crosby that customers can buy with confidence. All payment methods, whether via credit card, payment gateways, or crypto, are completely secure.

Rose Crosby takes privacy very seriously and therefore all information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share any private information.

Rose Crosby does not require you to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account provides you with the following benefits:
