Orders
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
All items are made upon receipt of order and therefore purchases made through Rose Crosby are neither returnable nor eligible for exchange under any circumstances. A 24-hour allotment is made for cancellation of purchase regardless of reason. This pertains to all items regardless of size, price or origin. Any requests for cancellation made beyond the 24-hour allotment will be made at the sole discretion of Rose Crosby.
Natural materials are utilised within the manufacturing of many items offered on Rose Crosby and therefore distinct variations, colours, grains and pitting are to be expected. Return requests will not be accepted for reasons pertaining to this of any kind. Products are made in accordance with the original imagery as closely as possible and natural materials sourcing is subject to the influence of the environment.
Bespoke Requests
Rose Crosby fields bespoke requests on behalf of the client and works intimately with partners to facilitate the requirements. Customisation of products is at the discretion of the designers. Pricing and lead time are also subject to the designer. Requests will be processed upon the approval of all involved parties.
Trade
Trade accounts are available for eligible parties including but not limited to interior designers and architectural firms. Applications will be fielded in the order they are received and are determined by the information provided on behalf of the enquiring party. Trade accounts are privy to discounts that are to be used for the disclosed purposes and the disclosed purposes only. Rose Crosby reserves the right to revoke trade and/or account access at any time if utilisation of trade is deemed ineligible for the agreed upon purpose.
Payments
Payment Information
Rose Crosby adheres to the strict handling of all payment information, regardless of mode of transaction. Transactions are made through bank transfer, credit card, or third party gateways. All credit card transactions are subject to surcharge fees and are added preemptively. Purchases made via bank transfer will have the aforementioned surcharge fees removed. Payment security is handled with care and diligence, ensuring client discretion and safety. Rose Crosby does not participate in the acquisition and selling of private information in any way.
