1920s Russian avant-garde is revived in Moscow-based Supaform's 'Apart Chair'. Reflecting on the prolific designers of the age and their work, designer Maxim Scherbakov reimagines these designs through the powder-coated steel and oak wood structure of his own piece. This asymmetrical, playful and artistic form is crafted through a beautiful collision of elements – black steel as an armrest and chair leg, a circular beige upholstered seat, a green upholstered backrest and armrest, as well as a final and third turquoise leg. Each of these details lends a unique character to the chair and makes it a true work of art.

Rose Crosby offers complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. 

Complimentary shipping will be offered on international orders exceeding 200 USD, or $50 for all other orders.

This enables us to work with our preferred carriers to create a customised quote for the most favourable shipping rates, specific to the goods ordered and the delivery destination. The rates will be sent within 24 hours after an order has been placed or an inquiry has been made. Customers can also elect to organise their own shipping if desired. 

WHERE DOES ROSE CROSBY SHIP?

Rose Crosby ships to most countries internationally with a few exceptions due to restrictions outside our control. If you have questions regarding a particular place, please email us at contact@rosecrosby.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been processed and passed to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

DO I NEED TO PAY DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES?

International items may be subject to taxes and duties according to the delivery country's customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of Rose Crosby. If you require any further information regarding import fees for your specific delivery location, please reach out to our team.  

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if the goods are in unused, unworn, and saleable condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact and included. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Beauty items must remain unused and unopened
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, but can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order was placed
  • All furniture is non-returnable

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Orders that are eligible for returns are processed here. Please follow the link and prompts until confirmation has been received. A return label will be generated for your convenience. Please note that the refund amount will be less return shipping costs. 

WILL MY REFUND BE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

You have up to 30 days to return an item. All returns that are received in the designated time frame in saleable, unworn condition, with the tags and any additional Rose Crosby packaging still intact, will receive a full refund for the returned items. Returns received outside of the designated time frame and/or in a condition that is not aligned with the direct stipulations of the return policy, will not be accepted.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, we ask that a new order is placed and we will refund the original order once it’s been received.
