Furniture Shipping

The cost of standard shipping for most furniture will be calculated at checkout. For pieces of exceptional weight, size or fragility, a pro forma quote may be required.

Decor Shipping

All decor items are sent via flat rate shipping according to the delivery destination and are calculated per product. Please find further details in the 'Your Delivery Options' section here.

Most products offered on Rose Crosby are made to order. As such, all items – whether furniture or decor – are not eligible for return. We do however have a 24 hour cancellation policy that can be utilised for any reason.

Please note that all handmade products or products made from natural materials (i.e. marble, travertine, etc.) have unique variations, colours/grains, and pitting. This means no two products will look exactly the same and may vary slightly from the product imagery on our website. We are unable to accept returns that are requested for this specific purpose.

International items may be subject to taxes and duties according to the delivery country's customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of Rose Crosby. The total amount due is specific to your order and at the discretion of the customs agent. Therefore, we are unable to charge this at the time of purchase.
